Our engineering team is in charge of commissioning and development using its great resolution capacity and the latest technological resources in 3D.

Once the technical drawings have been developed, we make a prototype to check and correct before mass production.

In the laboratory we carry out prior tests to mass production to ensure that the properties of the parts comply with the quality standards set by the customer. We test for cold-heat temperature, salt spray corrosion, adhesion and visual aspects.

We are aware that the quality of our production has a direct impact on our customer’s final product, which is why we follow the internal quality protocol in each of our processes.

At Metalworld we have all the processes to develop any quality metal product, using zamak injection, cold stamping of steel and semi-finished and finished parts painted or with metal coatings.

In order to meet the requirements of our customers, it is necessary to combine knowledge and technological means of production that allow us to fulfill on time and quality.

Perfection is out of this world, but in Metalworld we try to achieve it every day and, for this reason, we control all the processes and each of our parts. We know how important is for our customers that the components we manufacture work perfectly as they are part of their final product.

The parts made up of different components are assembled by our team one by one to ensure their funcionality.

The finished parts are visually and technically checked before delivery.
